NCIS (8pm, CBS) - A Department of Defense investigator probes the team's response to the Bodnar case that involves the murders of Ziva's father and Vance's wife.

Constitution USA with Peter Sagal (9pm, UNC-TV) - NPR's Peter Sagal ("Wait Wait Don't Tell Me") undertakes a cross-country motorcycle trip to explore the relevance of the Constitution in modern America, starting with federal power vs. states' rights. Among the issues explored: medical marijuana, gun control and health care.

New Girl (9pm, Fox) - Jess' father (Rob Reiner) visits at an inopportune time, forcing Nick to spend some alone time with him.

The Mindy Project (9:30pm, Fox) - I'm so glad this show has gotten better and better all season. Tonight, Mindy is upset by Casey's decision to spend a year in Haiti, so she tags along with a premed student she's mentoring to a frat party, where she runs into her ex-boyfriend Tom. Also -- and more importantly -- Danny and Jeremy try to steal Morgan back from the midwives.

Awkward (10pm, MTV) - Jenna has second thoughts after Matty moves in. (In other news, I have missed a crucial episode!)

Chopped (10pm, Food) - Four mothers who are not professional chefs compete. For appetizers, they must break down an uncommon protein and incorporate coffee into their dishes.

Body of Proof (10pm, ABC) - A plane crashes in Philadelphia after a passenger opens fire, and the entire team pitch in to work the disaster. With the city's main power grid affected by the crash, Megan must conduct autopsies in between blackouts, and during one of them, a body goes missing.

Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - Brick's love life suffers after a secret about him gets out. Meanwhile, Zoe tries to share her feelings, but she has bad timing, and George looks after Tansy's reckless brothers.

30 for 30: Elway to Marino (8pm, ESPN) - A Ken Rodgers documentary chronicling the quarterback-rich 1983 NFL Draft. Hall of Famers John Elway and Dan Marino, who headed the record six QBs selected in the first round, look back on draft day events along with agent Marvin Demoff. Repeats at 9.

NCIS (8pm, CBS) - Tony and Ziva track her father's killer to Berlin and plot to avenge his death.

Frontline: The Retirement Gamble (10pm, UNC-TV) - An examination of retirement accounts, including the lack of uniformity in plans, which results in some workers paying much more than others. Also, the hidden fees that some 401(k) providers charge consumers.

Body of Proof (10pm, ABC) - After a teenage girl is murdered in a mental institution, Megan and Tommy interview a seemingly sane young patient who claims that she saw the killer and that she was the actual target.

Girl Code (10:30pm, MTV) - Crushes, roommates and drinking are among the topics discussed in the opener of this new comedy series.

Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - Lavon launches a contest to generate buzz in BlueBell and attract spring break vacationers, and Wade and Lemon decide to enter.

NCAA Women's Basketball Championship (8:30pm, ESPN) - Louisville and Connecticut battle for the national title.

New Girl (9pm, Fox) - To celebrate Cece's upcoming nuptials, Jess throws a bachelorette party while Nick and Winston take her fiancé out for a guys' night. Meanwhile, Schmidt wants to bring his old college girlfriend to the wedding as his date, but Cece tells him he isn't getting a "plus 1."

NCIS: Los Angeles (9pm, CBS) - A Navy lieutenant dies and a pilot is hospitalized after they both drink from a communal water jug that is laced with cyanide. The team investigates to determine whether it is an isolated incident or an early test for large-scale water contamination.

Ready For Love (9pm, NBC) - Yep, another dating show. In tonight's opener, 12 women try to hit it off with pop musician Tim Lopez (of the Plain White T's). It looks like Charlotte's Sarah Moore, a UNC-Chapel Hill grad, competes for Tim's affections. In all, three bachelors will try to find mates on this series.

Cougar Town (10pm, TBS) - A two-part season finale Laurie and Travis go on their first official date and the crew take Chick to Hollywood to meed one of his favorite stars, Tippi Hedren.

Frontline: Syria Behind the Lines (10pm, UNC-TV) - An examination of the civil war in Syria through the eyes of the rebel fighters, government soldiers and civilians caught up in the Idlib province, where the Orontes River divides Sunni and Alawite strongholds.

The Kandi Factory (10pm, Bravo) - A new reality show in which singer and reality star Kandi Burruss ("The Real Housewives of Atlanta") mentors aspiring musicians.

Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - Zoe grows very protective of Rose. Elsewhere, money goes missing during a church fundraiser, and fingers are pointed at Wade.

Pretty Little Liars (8pm, ABC Family) - Aria, Emily and Hanna search for Spencer, unsure if she went off on her own or if "A" is behind her disappearance.

The New Normal (9:30pm, NBC) - Bryan basks in the Halloween spirit by decorating the house, going to a pumpkin patch to spot celebrities, and ruling over everyone's costumes.

White Collar (10pm, USA) - In the Season 4 finale, the guys are almost able to retrieve the evidence box from the Empire State Building, but their efforts are impeded by Senator Pratt, who hired FBI agents to find the box first.

Justified (10pm, FX) - Boyd realizes he has unfinished business to resolve, while Raylan goes dynamite fishing (not really).

Golden Boy (10pm, CBS) - A pretty thief tries to keep herself out of jail by giving Clark information about a murdered drug addict and her missing child.

Vikings (10pm, History) - If you missed Sunday night's premiere, this first episode of a new series chronicling the medieval adventures of a band of Norsemen is repeating just for you.

This is a good one: the complete first season of the popular CW comedy-drama "Hart of Dixie."

"Hart of Dixie" stars Rachel Bilson as a big city doctor who moves to a small town in Alabama "where she learns to be a better doctor and a better person." Awww.

To make this even more appealing, Raleigh native Tift Merritt appears in episode 13 singing several songs, and Garner's own Scotty McCreery appears in episode 19 singing 'The Trouble with Girls."

Other special features (more special than Scotty and Tift?!?) include a gag reel and a short film with the cast and crew explaining what makes BlueBell such a great town for Zoe Hart.

Frontier Earth (8pm, Animal Planet) - A new six-episode series featuring Dave Salmoni visiting the natural homes of tigers, leopards, lemurs, orcas, killer ants, slow lorises and Komoda dragons.

NCIS (8pm, CBS) - In the first of a two-part story, a Navy lieutenant who recently returned home from the Middle East is murdered. Gibbs believes a friend of the victim, a Marine captain suffering from PTSD, maybe the key to finding the killer.

Ben and Kate (8:30pm, Fox) - Adorable Ben #1: Ben (Nat Faxon, right) scrambles to find a job so he can participate in Maddie's (Maggie Jones, right) Career Day at school. Elsewhere, Kate is drawn to an attractive neighbor, and BJ deals with jealousy at work after she gets a raise. (This charming little show is in danger of being canceled. Why aren't you guys watching it??)

Animal Intervention (9pm, Nat Geo Wild) - Adorable Ben #2: Alison Eastwood and Billy McNamara travel to North Carolina to try to save Ben the bear from his sad life in a 12 x 22-foot cage. Read more about the episode and about Ben's plight (it has a happy ending).

Happy Endings (9pm, ABC) - Speaking of happy endings... Max has become a hit on the Bar Mitzvah circuit as an energetic emcee and allows Brad to partner up with him. But not everything turns out kosher.

Frontline: The Suicide Plan (9pm, UNC-TV) - An explanation of the shadowy world of assisted suicide, which is illegal in all states but Oregon and Washington. The report features individuals who are opting to end their lives and those who, despite being at risk for prosecution, are helping them.

The Mindy Project (9:30pm, Fox) - Mindy asks Danny to be her gynecologist, thought neither of them can admit their unwillingness to go through with an exam. (Also in danger of cancellation.)

Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Camille and Crosby help Kristina and Adam find balance while Kristina undergoes treatment, and Sarah and Zeek worry about Amber's relationship with Ryan.

NC Gubernatorial Debate (7pm) - The second gubernatorial debate will air live on UNC-TV, WRAL, WTVD and WNCN (NBC-17) tonight. News 14 Carolina will broadcast the debate on delay at 8 p.m.

Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - Zoe discovers an error about herself in her alumni magazine, so she invites the reporter to town to set the record straight.

Raising Hope (8pm, Fox) - The Chances' plot to spring Maw Maw from a nursing home hits a snag when Virginia begins to wonder if she'll receive better care there than at home.

Ben and Kate (8:30pm, Fox) - Ben (Nat Faxon, left) throws a party to celebrate Kate's 21st birthday and invites her high-school friend Molly to the bash. Kate (Dakota Johnson, left) is only 21. That explains a lot.

Presidential Debate (9pm) - The second debate between President Barack Obama and former Massachusettes governor Mitt Romney airs on ABC, CBS, NBC, UNC-TV, C-SPAN, Fox, Fox News, CNN and MSNBC.

Emily Owens, M.D. (9pm, CW) - In this new CW drama, Emily Owens, an awkward first-year intern at Denver Memorial Hospital, tries to balance work with romance. Tonight, Emily (Mamie Gummer) begins her internship and discovers her old high school nemesis working there, as well as a guy she had a crush on in high school. Adrienne reviews.

Sons of Anarchy (10pm, FX) - Jax presents a dangerous proposal to the club.

Covert Affairs (10pm, USA) - Auggie, Joan and Arthur call on an old friend to help free Annie from prison in Russia.

Flipping Out (10pm, Bravo) - Jeff and Zoila clash over her work responsibilities, so much so that Jeff considers firing her. Elsewhere, Jeff's client suspects her house is haunted, so Jeff spends a night there to prove her wrong.

History Detectives (8pm, UNC-TV) - Defense Secretary Leon Panetta helps return a North Vietnamese soldier's diary to his family. Also, the team investigates whether a notebook of liquor recipes belongs to a Prohibition-era bootlegger, and a ledger containing details on how Native American actors were treated.

Hart of Dixie (8pm, CW) - In the season 2 opener, Zoe feels torn between George and Wade. Meanwhile, Lemon returns her wedding gifts and makes strides toward independence.

Raising Hope (8pm, Fox) - In the Season 2 premiere, the Chances meet Sabrina's mother (Melanie Griffith, left) at a funeral for her grandmother. The grandmother's videotaped will has a big impact on Jimmy and Sabrina's relationship.

Ben and Kate (8:30pm, Fox) - Kate lies about her residence in order to get Maddie into a better school district, but when her plan falls apart, she must admit the truth to Maddie's principal (Alan Ruck). Also, new episodes tonight of "The New Girl" at 9 and "The Mindy Project" at 9:30.

NCIS: Los Angeles (9pm, CBS) - The body of a retired marine is found at a bomb-making compound in Afghanistan, following a strike on the facility. The team investigates to determine why the soldier was there and if he betrayed the U.S.

The New Normal (9:30pm, NBC) - David plans a family dinner to tell his mother about the baby. Also, mother-in-law miseries plague Goldie and Shania fears her father will win a custody battle.

Sons of Anarchy (10pm, FX) - A new enemy presents itself to SAMCRO.

Parenthood (10pm, NBC) - Kristina encourages Max to branch out even though she may not be able to help him, while Sarah entertains Hank's daughter and gains more insight into her boss. Also, Victor tries a new activity, offering Julia and Joel a glimpse of the future.

Private Practice (10pm, ABC) - The doctors gather at Addison's home to reminisce, and Sheldon works with a suicidal patient who makes a startling revelation.

Bones (8pm, Fox) - Series star David Boreanaz directs the Season 7 finale, which features the return of Christopher Pelant when the "hactivist" and suspected serial killer is back in court, but the team's efforts to pin another murder on him don't go as planned after evidence points to Brennan as the culprit.

America's Got Talent (8pm, Fox) - Howard Stern joins judges Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne in the show's seventh season premiere.

How I Met Your Mother (8pm, CBS) - The seventh season ends with Lily going into labor while Marshall is partying in Atlantic City. Later in the one-hour finale, action jumps to the future as the gang gather for Barney's wedding and reminisce about how they emboldened Ted to find his true love and track down the one that got away.

Gossip Girl (8pm, CW) - Blair makes a choice between Chuck and Dan in the fifth season finale.

Bachelorette (9pm, ABC) - Emily Maynard begins her search for love in her hometown of Charlotte. Emily starts with 25 suitors and pares the group to 19.

Johnny Carson: American Masters (9pm, UNC-TV) - Kevin Spacey narrates this insightful profile of Johnny Carson, whose cool charm, quick wit and masterful timing made him the king of late night TV during his 30-year "Tonight Show" run. The biography features a wealth of show clips and remarks by family, friends, and colleagues.

Two and a Half Men (9pm, CBS) - In the ninth season finale, Jake makes an important decision about his future after graduating from high school.

Hart of Dixie (9pm, CW) - The first season ends with a huge storm hitting town on George and Lemon's wedding day.

Mike and Molly (9:30pm, CBS) - In the Season 2 finale, Mike and Molly walk down the aisle but the trip is not without a few wedding day glitches.

Smash (10pm, NBC) - The first season finale, Derek makes a major decision and it affects both Karen and Ivy. Meanwhile, Tom and Julia scramble to save the show, and Ellis reveals where his loyalties truly lie.

Hawaii Five-0 (10pm, CBS) - The second season concludes with the Five-0 losing one of its own in the line of duty. Meanwhile, another team member is forced to choose between kidnapped loved ones.

Hart of Dixie (9pm, CW) - Scotty McCreery makes an appearance on tonight's episode, but there's no acting involved -- he'll be playing himself. The "American Idol" winner from Garner will perform his hit "The Trouble With Girls" during a romantic scene in a bar featuring Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and George (Scott Porter). Raleigh's Tift Merritt had a similar gig on "Hart of Dixie" back in February. Tift sang "Sweet Spot" at the town's annual Valentine's dance. Bones (8pm, Fox) - Booth's son Parker comes home from England, and Brennan wonders how he'll react to his new baby sister. Meanwhile, the discovery of a truck-company employee's corpse in the woods prompts a visit to the victim's son's karate class.

American Pickers (9pm, History) - Mike searches for the legendary XAVW motorbike in North Carolina, and Frank gambles on a collection of Indian artifacts. Also in this episode, architectural salvage and a military artifact.

20/20: Dance Floor Confidential (10pm, ABC) - ABC squeezes another hour of programming from their "Dances with the Stars" franchise by having 20/20 go "behind the scenes."

Smash (10pm, NBC) - Karen finds Rebecca's charmed life very enticing, but Derek finds Rebecca to be exasperating. Meanwhile, Eileen has her ex-husband meet her hunky new boyfriend, and Julia's son goes missing (First thought: "Hooray!" Second thought: "I hope Ellis is with him!").
