Updated Again! Harris Teeter Super Doubles freebies and good deals list for Sept. 12-18

Here's an updated list of bargains for Harris Teeter's Super Double coupon promotion, which starts at 7 a.m.Wednesday, Sept. 12, and runs through Sept. 18.

This update includes 11 freebies and dozens of grocery deals for under a dollar, along with a complete list of what coupons to use and where to find them. If it's a printable coupon, you'll find the link to that, too.

In addition to the deals from the sales circular, you'll find numerous unadvertised freebies and deals. Some of them are brand-new sale items not included in the weekly ad, some of them are items that continue to be on sale from last week and others are regularly priced groceries that end up a deal after coupons.

Keep in mind, the list is specifically tailored to Triangle shoppers, using Triangle store prices and coupons readily available here, either through newspaper inserts, magazines or Internet printing. No sense getting frustrated looking for a deal we can't get here!

I'll be monitoring the national coupon forums over the weekend and let you know as soon as it's confirmed, which, in my book, means someone has actually seen the sales circular.

In the meantime, I recommend:
