Hanson, Paussa make colleges' all-state team

Two Cary natives have been named to the North Carolina Collegiate Sports Information Association (NCCSIA) All-State Team for soccer — Greensboro College sophomore defender Logan Paussa and UNC Pembroke junior goalkeeper Ryan Hanson. Both were named Tuesday to the NCCSIA's second team.
Greensboro freshman midfielder Craig Gage, from Knightdale, was the only other player from the greater Triangle area to make the squad.
Hanson played at Apex High School, helping the Cougars to a 16-6-0 record his senior year. He started 18 of 19 games this year for Pembroke, with a goal-against average of 0.77.
Paussa helped Green Hope High School into the NCHSAA 4A state playoffs 2008-2010 and the 4A state finals in 2009. He recorded 13 goals and six assists as a senior.

MMMbop!

It's Monday, the sky is steel gray, it looks like the freakin' Siberian hinterlands out there and temperatures are going to plummet into the teens tonight. What to do? Try to put yourself in a more positive frame of mind with something sunny.
