NetApp, the data storage provider, wants the world to know it's on a hiring binge.

Motorists may have noticed the company's billboards in Raleigh and Durham. NetApp is broadcasting job openings on a a pair of billboards here as well as in California and in Bangalore, India.

The California company has hired 120 at its Research Triangle Park site in the past year and has plans to hire 150 here in the coming year, said Grace Soriano-Abad, NetApp's senior director for global staffing.

NetApp has about 800 openings worldwide.
