As we near the "Top Chef" finale and reflect on this season's wealth of strong personalities (aka "crazy people"), we're thinking how much we'd love to see some of the soapy drama going on behind the scenes in Las Vegas.

The charming Italian chef from Bravo's Top Chef: New York apparently has a new show coming.

Gossipsauce.com reports that Mr. Viviani said with "a double-cheek kiss and a heavily accented promise" that by April, more details will be public.

It's not known whether Fabio is returning to Bravo, moving to the Food Network’ or finding a different network home.

But we have a feeling, wherever he lands, his oft-mentioned mama will appear on the show at some point.
