The Great Food Truck Race (9pm, Food) - Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel judges a pizza challenge. Later, the teams must incorporate hot dogs in all of their menu items.
Masterpiece Mystery: Foyle's War (9pm, UNC-TV) - Foyle discovers a military facility that could pose a threat to British intelligence while investigating a Russian's death.
Devious Maids (10pm, Lifetime) - The first season ends with the mystery surrounding Flora's death coming to a head.
