Hot in Cleveland (10pm, TV Land) - In the first season finale, threats of tornados cause the ladies to seek shelter in Elka's (Betty White) secret room in the cellar, but they're nearly blown away by what they find. Meanwhile, Victoria (Wendie Malick) prepares to head back to Los Angeles in hopes of finally winning a Daytime Emmy. Susan Lucci guest stars.
Psych (10pm, USA) - Shawn and Gus work with retired police officers to find out who murdered a police chief.
Surviving the Cut (10pm, Discovery) - A documentary series examining the conditions facing candidates for elite military academies. In the series opener, US Army Ranger candidates take grueling 20-hour missions in combat simulations.
Pretty Little Liars (8pm, ABC Family) - The girls go on an upscale camping trip for a classmate's birthday party, and a text suggests that "A" may be there as well.
Shaq Vs. (9pm, ABC) - Shaquille O'Neal's series in which he challenges the most accomplished athletes in various sports to battle him -- in their sport -- returns tonight, and the action is here in North Carolina.

Today we profiled North Carolina native Darryl Pierce, who is a contestant this season on the new Fox show "MasterChef." If you haven't done so already, take a look at the profile because we think he's a pretty remarkable guy and he should be an interesting addition to "MasterChef's" contestant pool.
