America's Next Great Restaurant (8pm, NBC) - The premiere of a new reality show in which contestants compete to launch a new restaurant chain. Tonight, 21 aspiring restauranteurs pitch their concepts cook items from their menu. 11 contestants will be eliminated. Bobby Flay, Curtis Stone, Steve Ellis and Lorena Garcia serve as investors and mentors. They had a casting call for this show in Raleigh last year, so it'll be interesting to see if anyone from here made it.

Secret Millionaire (8pm, ABC) - Another new reality series. In this one, wealthy people live and work anonymously alongside less fortunate people before revealing their true identities and donating aid to deserving recipients. Tonight we see millionaire Dani Johnson, who says she was on welfare as a child, doing minimum wage work in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Celebrity Apprentice (9pm, NBC) - Sixteen celebrities engage in business-themed battles to win the top job as Donald Trump's apprentice (really, the big prize is a few months of publicity). Tonight, the stars must manage a New York City pizzeria. Here's more info on the C R A Z Y cast.

Army Wives (9pm, Lifetime) - In the Season 5 opener, Denise prepares to meet Jeremy's fiance while caring for her newborn and Emmalin leaves for college.

Daniel Tosh: Happy Thoughts (9pm, Comedy Central) - Daniel Tosh ('Tosh.0') performs in San Francisco and talks about celebrities, sports, immigration, the Amish, and Mormons.
