By the (record-setting) numbers: Connor Mitch

The NCHSAA has received career and season stats from Wakefield High School regarding senior quarterback Connor Mitch, and thus the NCHSAA has officially placed Mitch in its record books.

Mitch, who will be graduating after this semester to enroll at South Carolina, is behind only Chris Leak (of Charlotte Independence fame) in many passing categories.

In Wake County history, Mitch broke many records held by Daniel Evans (Broughton). Garrett Leatham (Middle Creek) is third in most of those categories.
