What to Watch on Tuesday: 'Frontline' looks at War on Terror

I Survived: 9/11 (8pm, Bio) - The "I Survived" series takes a look at stories from 12 survivors of the September 11 attacks.

Targeting Bin Laden (8pm, History) - The military operation that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden is discussed.

Frontline: Top Secret America (9pm, UNC-TV) - A report examining the "dark side" of America's War on Terror, including the use of black site prisons in foreign countries, super-secret facilities in the U.S., targeted killings, and covert actions by special forces. The report also looks at whether America is safer now and how a decade of fighting has reshaped the country.

Flipping Out (9pm, Bravo) - In the Season 5 finale, Jeff gets the urge to flip houses again, bur realizes what he really wants is a home for him and Gage to settle down in. Also, Jeff must reassess Jenni's part-time status when a possible full-time employee is found.

Carson Nation (9pm, OWN) - In the Season 1 finale in Roswell, New Mexico, Carson helps a grandmother who needs a fashion makeover for a new career. An 8pm episode tonight is also new.

Sons of Anarchy (10pm, FX) - In the Season 4 premiere, Clay, Jax and the other jailed SAMCRO members are released after a 14-month stretch and return to Charming -- and to a rude welcome from the new sheriff in town (Rockmond Dunbar).

Rachel Zoe Project (10pm, Bravo) - Season 4 opens with an expectant Rachel contemplating launching a new fashion line and Rodger house hunting for the growing family. Meanwhile, candidates to replace Brad are interviewed.

Combat Hospital (10pm, ABC) - In the Season 1 finale, the women's clinic is attacked and Major Samizay, Rebecca, Pedersen, Suzy, and Pam find themselves besieged.

Web Therapy (11pm, Showtime) - Courtney Cox guest stars as the newest client of therapist Fiona Wallice (Lisa Kudrow). Cox plays a struggling internet psychic who turns to therapy to regain her powers.
