Triangle techies may soon have another choice for high-speed wireless Internet service.
On Wednesday, Time Warner Cable announced it plans to begin offering the new service with Clearwire Corp. this fall in four cities, including Charlotte and Dallas. The companies aren't ready to name the other two, but watch for the Raleigh region to join the list.
