Sign up on Cinnabon's Facebook page and you'll receive a coupon for your freebie via email.

You'll also receive a treat on your birthday.

Head to the mall today and grab yourself some free calories in the form of a free mini Cinnabon.

The chain is celebrating the Minibon's 25th birthday by giving them away to customers who print the coupon on its Facebook page.

Cinnabon is taking care of nurses this week with a free cinnamon roll for every nurse.

Show your ID badge at participating Cinnabon locations through Saturday, May 12,  and get a free Cinnabon Classic Roll.

There are three Cinnabon shops in the Triangle, one at Cary Town Center, one at Triangle Town Center in Raleigh and one at Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
