What to Watch on Thursday: 'Project Runway' designers create looks for fans

Inside the Actors Studio (8pm, Bravo) - James Lipton interviews actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

Project Runway (9pm, Lifetime) - The remaining designers (left) are inspired by the show's biggest fans, who receive makeovers and garments crafted specially for them. Also, Ken apparently has another tantrum tonight -- we're hoping that sends him home! Designer Erin Fetherston and fashion editor Zanna Roberts Rassi are the guest judges.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine (9:30pm, Fox) - This new sitcom, which debuted on Tuesday, repeats. It's pretty funny so if you missed it, check it out.

Valerie's Story (10pm, NBC) - Meredith Vieira presents a special report documenting Valerie Harper's battle against cancer, including visits to doctors, experimental treatments and life with her family.

Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell (10pm, Food) - Four candidates vie for an executive chef position at the Mexican restaurant Dos Caminos in Las Vegas. Anne tests the hopefuls by having them create a taco that's both sweet and spicy.

What to Watch on Thursday: An advantage for N.C. State prof on 'Project Runway'?

Motive (9pm, ABC) - Flynn and Vega investigate the murder of a young man who was found beaten and suffocated. Clues indicate that the victim was involved with an engaged woman, and suspicion initially falls on the woman's father.

Project Runway (9pm, Lifetime) - The clothiers are directed to Coney Island for an unconventional-materials challenge that involves playing carnival games. This is the challenge that the pals of N.C. State professor and contestant Justin LeBlanc think he'll rule because of his background in architecture. Kelly Osbourne is the guest judge.

Burn Notice (9pm, USA) - Michael goes after a drug smuggler at the bidding of the organization he's trying to infiltrate. Elsewhere, Fiona, Jesse and Strong visit a mental hospital in a search for more information about James.

Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell (10pm, Food) - Season 3 begins with Anne auditioning executive chefs for the Bistro restaurant at the Bacara Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara, Calif., which recently underwent a multimillion transformation. Among the talents the winning candidate must possess is the ability to combine fresh land and sea ingredients into world-class dishes.

Wilfred (10pm, FX) - Ryan undergoes psychotherapy in an attempt to understand a past trauma.

Rookie Blue (10pm, ABC) - Human bones are discovered in a ravine, leading to the reopening of a 15-year-old case.

Hollywood Game Night (10pm, NBC) - The celebrity players are Tom Arnold, Patricia Heaton, Rose Byrne, Anthony Anderson and Jamie-Lynn Sigler.

What to Watch on Thursday: NBC's 'Hannibal' is a delicious TV treat

Parks and Recreation (8:30pm, NBC) - Leslie accompanies Ben on a trip to his hometown of Partridge, Minn., where he has been offered a key to the city. Ron deals with a lawsuit filed against him by Councilman Jamm.

Person of Interest (9pm, CBS) - Finch goes undercover at a corporation to investigate its leading tech executive, while Beecher provides incriminating evidence against a fellow detective.

The Mindy Project (9:30pm, Fox) - On a night out on the town by herself, Mindy meets a handsome man -- who just happens to be a prostitute. But the experience could pay off when she needs a date for Danny and Alex's dinner party, so she gives him a "Pretty Woman"-style makeover.

Hannibal (10pm, NBC) - In what looks to be NBC's best new scripted series in years -- and in my opinion, the best new broadcast network show of the 2012-13 season -- gifted criminal profiler Will Graham teams with cunning psychiatrist Hannibal Lecter to solve a string of brutal murders. The series is based on characters from the very well known novels by Thomas Harris and stars Hugh Dancy, Laurence Fishburne and Mads Mikkelsen (at right). Read more in my review of "Hannibal."

Scandal (10pm, ABC) - Olivia's team look for a mistake in one of their old cases, realizing an error could put them in grave danger.

Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell (10pm, Food Network) - Burrell helps a Raleigh restaurant group interview executive chef candidates, who must create sweet and savory crepes and cook a rabbit. The episode was filmed at Coquette at North Hills.

Archer (10pm, FX) - Cheryl travels to the Bermuda Triangle with her brother and his girlfriend in part one of the two-part Season 4 finale.

Food Network show featuring North Hills restaurant to air Thursday

Coquette, a French restaurant at North Hills in Raleigh, will be featured in Thursday night's episode of "Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell" on the Food Network. The show airs at 10 p.m. and repeats at 1 a.m. Before you watch, be sure to read Andrea Weigl's article about Coquette's TV experience.

What to Watch on Thursday: Headhunting for chefs on Food Network

Saving Hope (9pm, NBC) - Alex puts her focus on a double-hand replantation, hoping the case will prove her worth as chief surgical resident. Maggie suspects that a homeless man was misdiagnosed.

Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell (10pm, Food) - Anne Burrell (left) helps acclaimed chef and restaurateur David Burke (left) find an executive chef to run his restaurant Fromagerie in Rumson, N.J.  Burke tests the candidates on ingredient utilization and then asks them to create their own theme night. This series has been called a cross between "The Apprentice" and "Top Chef."

Rookie Blue (10pm, ABC) - Andy has an unexpected run-in with her estranged mother while responding to a domestic disturbance call. Meanwhile, Det. Barber loses track of a stash of recovered guns, putting his job in jeopardy.

Kathy (10pm, Bravo) - The final episode of the season has Kathy Griffin interviewing Jimmy Kimmel.

Cajun Justice (10pm, A&E) - A shrimper claims to find a human bone in his fishing net, and a man and his nephew get into a heated argument over crab traps.

Awkward (10:30pm, MTV) - Jenna revels in her and Jake's official relationship status until she learns a hidden camera is filming at the Sanctuary. She then goes to great lengths to destroy the tape, enlisting Ming and others to help.

Louie (10:30pm, FX) - Louie's friends try to set him up with a brash woman, played by Melissa Leo. You will never look at Melissa Leo in the same way ever again.
