A steal of a deal on P&G products at Harris Teeter this week

I mentioned three new P&G promotions going on at Harris Teeter this week in my weekly grocery deals post, but the deal potential is so good it's worthy of its own mention.

Through Tuesday, you can receive up to $20 back when you purchase $30 in select Procter & Gamble products. And that's before coupons.

(The $20 comes in the form of two $5 coupons to spend on your next order and a $10 pre-paid card that comes by mail.)

So in the end, you'll walk away with several free or close-to-free P&G products, depending on the coupons you have.

Here are the details:

Free dish liquid and cheap pineapple at Food Lion

Food Lion has been the place to be this week (and last) for free Yoplait yogurt. But you can also pick up free large bottles of Sun Light dish liquid and large cans of Dole Pineapple for as little as 17.5 cents each.

Here's the deal:

Wednesday grocery deals (Sept. 12-18)

The grocery headlines definitely belong to Harris Teeter this week with its Super Double coupon promotion running through Sept. 18.  Head over HERE for an extensive list of freebies and good deals, many of them under $1.

But don't completely rule out a trip to Lowes Foods, Food Lion and Aldi, where you'll be able to score split chicken breasts for 97 cents per pound, Turkey Hill ice cream for $2, Progresso soups for just 75 cents a can and several nice produce bargains, including cucumbers for 29 cents each and avocados for 59 cents each.

Keep reading for a store-by-store breakdown of good deals this week. These are the bargains that stood out to me. Help your fellow couponers out and leave a comment about the deals you find this week!

Deal alert: Free Kraft cheese at Kroger this week

There's a stellar deal on Kraft Cheese Singles at Kroger this week -- 10 packages absolutely free.

That's more than a $40 savings, if you were to pay full price.

Here's the deal:
