GARNER – Turnabout is fair play.

In game one of the American Legion Area 1 semifinal series, Cary Post 67 came from behind in the ninth inning to steal a 4-3 win and a one game to zero lead. On Friday, Garner returned the favor.

In a series that is only to determine seeding going into the start of this weekend's state Senior Legion tournament, Cary Post 67 dropped game one last night 9-6 to Rocky Mount.

The two teams are set to meet in each of the next two nights (if necessary) at Cary High School. The winner of this best-of-three grabs the No. 1 seed from Area I going into the state tournament in Asheboro.
