Another jolt of Jillian tonight

If you didn't get quite enough of Jillian Michaels' motivational, um, speeches during the last "Biggest Loser" season, you get another chance to fill up at the banshee buffet when Jillian's spin-off "Losing it With Jillian" debuts tonight at 10.

In the series, Jillian will visit eight families and help them try to transform their lives (the other shows will be at 8 p.m. on Tuesdays). She pushes and screams and
hugs and screams and offers psychoanalysis and screams in order to help them find the root cause of their overeating issues and overcome them. Then she revisits the families a few months later to see whether they were able to persevere.

What to Watch on Tuesday: The huge finales continue

The Biggest Loser (8pm, NBC) - Viewer votes determine the third finalist and then the winner of the $250,000 prize is announced. Previously eliminated players also return to see who wins the $100,000 prize for losing the most weight at home.

American Idol (8pm, Fox) - In part one of the two-part finale, Crystal and Lee battle it out for the big prize. The winner is announced on tomorrow night's show.

NCIS (8pm, CBS) - In the seventh season finale, Gibbs faces a drug cartel and makes a big decision that calls into question the rules by which he lives.

NCIS: Los Angeles (9pm, CBS) - It's the Season 1 finale, and Callen is looking for a woman who not only knows the location of a fortune used to fund the war in the Middle East, but who also holds clues to his unknown past.

Keep reading for a Gaga Glee and more big finales...

Biggest Loser: Whooooo for the underdogs, woe to Miggy!

The underdogs win! Woo hoo!! There’s nothing like having the extreme underdogs pull out a victory against the selfish smug to put a smile on your TV-watching face!

Who could have predicted that when Michael (The Biggest Contestant Ever) won the right to divide the teams into Blue and Black and stacked his Blue Team in a way that made Jillian use the F-word (bleep) and call it the “most unfair, impossible scenario ever” that the scheme would backfire? And that the result would be the end of the road for Miggy, whom Michael called “my best friend” when he chose her for his team? Miggy, remember, is the mother of Migdalia, our Sanford homemaker.

The NC-laden Biggest Loser ends. They all won.

The season of "The Biggest Loser" with the highest contingent of North Carolina contestants is over.

In my view, this was the most transformative season. You couldn't recognize some of the "Losers!" Kudos to Tracey, who almost won the most weight percentage loss at home race, Daniel, who looks like a teenager now, and Antoine, who is not only a hunk, but gained the love of his life and provided us with a good sweet cry last night.

Check it out:

Biggest Loser: The kitchen is closed

Our Biggest Loser correspondent, The N&O's Michelle Aldrich, gives us her recap of last night's show.

After last week's elimination I was expecting a more melodramatic opener, but week four started with the orange and purple teams talking privately about what went down. In a nutshell, Shay isn't going to trust Raleigh native Tracey (she's a liar!) etc. etc.

When Jillian and Bob learn how the red team went home, they admonish the group that everyone needs to be here, no one should be sacrificing anyone, and they need to fight for themselves!

What to Watch on Tuesday: Will Tracey mend fences on Biggest Loser?

Biggest Loser (8pm, NBC) - Raleigh native Tracey Yukich (left) played the villain on last week's show, making some uh, questionable decisions that sent home Sean and Dudley NC's Antoine Dove (left). Will she mend fences tonight? Also, the kitchen at the ranch closes so the contestants have to make healthy choices in restaurants.

Shark Tank (8pm, ABC) - A contestant pitches celebrity fashion accessories, and meanie shark Kevin O'Leary goes to great lengths to get the last word on a deal.

Parking Wars (10pm, A&E) - The third season opener of this  surprisingly interesting reality series which follows parking enforcement officers in various cities. This season takes place in Detroit. I know it sounds lame, but you won't believe how tense it can get when they are trying to boot or tow a car in a bad neighborhood. And the poor saps trying to get their cars out of tow? It's a wonder there isn't violence involved. But hey, it's Detroit this time, so... Two new episodes tonight, back to back.

Sherri (10pm, Lifetime) - In a new show based on her actual life, Sherri Shepherd ("The View") plays a newly single mom who also happens to be a comedian. Malcolm-Jamal Warner is her cheating ex-husband.

The Good Wife (10pm, CBS) - Alicia returns to her old neighborhood to defend a friend's son against murder charges.

Another group joins the "DietTribe"

"The Biggest Loser" already is off to a rousing start (thanks Tracey!), but I say you should still leave room on your TV schedule for another weight loss reality show, Lifetime's "DietTribe." It starts tonight at 9.

It's the show's second season. Last time, the premise was 5 friends -- all over 200 pounds --- who set out to lose 30 pounds before one of the friends' wedding.

Dunn's "Biggest Loser" and his brand new life

If you read the post by guest blogger Michelle Aldrich's 'Biggest Loser' post, you know that Dudley native (not Dunn, sorry!) Antoine Dove exited the show last night.

But don't worry. Take a look at this video and you'll see life is pretty good.

Raleigh native plays the villain on "Biggest Loser"

Our Biggest Loser correspondent, The N&O's Michelle Aldrich, gives us her recap of last night's show.

Episode three kicked off with Alison announcing, "This is 'would you rather week'" and posed the challenge, "Would rather have your trainer OR a two-pound advantage at this week's weigh-in?"

Most of our contestants wisely know that there's nothing that would make them give up their trainer. As Liz says, "I didn't get fat pushing myself."

But Triangle native Tracey took the 2 pounds, shocking everyone, including her teammate Coach Mo! Her thinking? She didn't want to see the ante upped and have a rival get a four, six or eight pound advantage.

Jillian and Bob are incredulous and they speak with the purple team privately. They talk about panic, about fear .... But is Tracey really listening?

Most of our contestants wisely know that there's nothing that would make them give up their trainer. As Liz says, "I didn't get fat pushing myself."

But Triangle native Tracey took the 2 pounds, shocking everyone, including her teammate Coach Mo! Her thinking? She didn't want to see the ante upped and have a rival get a four, six or eight pound advantage.

Jillian and Bob are incredulous and they speak with the purple team privately. They talk about panic, about fear .... But is Tracey really listening?

Meanwhile, Abby has shin splints which led to an MRI with Dr. H. Healing the injury will mean no weight-bearing exercise. But she's got perspective -- I mean, when you survive the loss of your spouse and kids... If the producers are guiding Abby to remind us of this each week, they shouldn't bother. America loves her already. So then she and Bob pow-wow about nutrition which serves as the week's product placement for Yoplait Light. Not just calcium, but Vitamin D. Got it.

Next up, the season's first food temptation. Whoever eats the most cupcakes will have control over the weigh-in. They can't see one another during the 10-minute temptation and have no way of knowing who's REALLY playing the game.

Now, is it any wonder we have so many North Carolinians on the show, season after season? Antoine from Dudley, NC eats two and Tracey eats FOUR!

Again, her fellow losers and trainers are amazed and describe her as "crazy, bananas, a wild card, a loose cannon, etc. etc."

Next challenge: the teams must carry 500 pounds to the top of a ramp. They can do this in increments of 10 pounds OR 25 pounds. Tracey and Abby are sidelined with their injuries. Allen, who's a firefighter, wins immunity for the green team - YEAH for Allen and Abby! Movingly, everyone completes the challenge even though the winner has been declared. They hold hands together at the top.

Back at the gym, Bob focuses his attention on Amanda who has struggled to show any loss on the scale. Jillian is screaming at Dina as she runs on the treadmill. She aptly states that "Bob is the good parent. I'm the bad parent." And she yells at Dina, "... it's all about choices. Choose to do it OR chose to quit." Finally Dina says, "Do me a favor - don't talk to me." And then she finishes the drill exactly as Jillian wants. GO DINA! (I think Jillian was secretly thrilled that Dina ordered her to shut up. Teehee.)

Ok, so Tracey's cupcake-gameplay means that she will decide whose weight loss will count at the weigh-in. We see Daniel from Willow Spring ask her to protect Shay. We see the pink team ask her to watch Amanda's back. She appears cooperative, but seasoned viewers smell gameplay. Ugh ...

Before anyone gets on the scale, Jillian TORE-UP the purple team -- Tracey for caring more about the game, and Coach Mo for "supporting" her and not looking out for his own best interests. (i.e. That's the mentality that got you here!) How does Jillian sum it up? "I think you're both F#%^*&*ED."

Wow. No wonder the blogosphere is going crazy over all the yelling and cussing.

So here's the lowdown:
Green had immunity and lost a total of 9 lbs, Julio by himself lost 7
Then Tracey choose the following players weight loss to count:
Brown = Liz lost 4
Blue = Rudy lost 12
Pink = Amanda lost 5 (lots of confrontation and yelling here because Pink feels Tracey betrayed them) but they're safely above the yellow line
Red = Sean only lost 6 (Antoine from Dudley lost 11)
Orange = Shay only lost 6 (Tracey went against Daniel's wishes)

The Pink Team again flipped out about what Tracey's gameplay was doing.

Purple Team went last and Tracey decided that her weight loss would count, and she lost 11 pounds. To NO applause.

And Jillian saying, "F#$%."

This means that our Losers must choose between two equally-beloved teams and send Red OR Orange home.

Back in the house,  Sean says "Tracey you've done some crazy things this week ..." And the broadcast is interrupted by a child abduction alert! Reality trumps surreality.

When the show comes back, they're assembled in the elimination room. And the Red Team gives a great speech about already being winners and having the support at home to finish their weight-loss journey. Unlike Shay. They t-o-t-a-l-l-y fell on their swords! On what reality show does that happen, I ask you?! And so everyone complied with their wishes: voting to send them home, keeping Shay and Daniel on campus for another week. Wow.

The episode concludes by checking in on the Red Team. Family man and youth pastor Sean has lost 120 pounds and has the energy to play with his kids. Antoine from Dudley has not only lost major weight, but fallen in love with Alexandra who went home the first week. I love a happy ending!

But how brutal to see such gameplay this early in the season. Keep watching to see if the Orange Team lives up to the Red Team's sacrifice -- and how long Tracey survives with a growing target on her back!
