Free Ocean Spray juice at CVS

Word has it in the coupon blogosphere that CVS will have a BOGO sale on Ocean Spray juice starting Sunday.

And that means two free bottles of juice.

Here's the deal:

Give a kiss, Get a BOGO deal at Qdoba

Qdoba Mexican Grill will be celebrating Valentine's Day with a BOGO deal. No coupon required -- just a kiss.

Qdoba customers who purchase one entree on Tuesday, Feb. 14, will get a second entree free when they kiss someone in the restaurant.

It would probably be best to bring someone along to score this deal, but Qdoba suggests "an understanding stranger at the cash register" is not out of bounds.

I love a company with a sense of humor.

Click here to find a Qdoba location. Call ahead to be sure the restaurant is particpating.

Wednesday Deals (Jan. 18-24)

If you're looking for the very best deals on groceries, skip the front pages of the sales circulars this week. The best bargains are inside the sale pages or not in the circulars at all.

With the right coupons, you can snag FREE Wolfgang Puck pasta sauce, Colgate toothbrushes and toothpaste, along with 36-cent 6-packs of Coke Zero at Harris Teeter.
At Lowes Foods, there's a great deal on Hormel deli meats and it's the last week to take advantage of the 3-week sale using store coupons on snacks and cereals.
At Food Lion, don't miss out on the second week of its store-brand promotion that rewards you with a coupon for cash off your next grocery order. (Food Lion will actually pay you to buy some of its products!)
And finally, Aldi has some terrific sales on produce and split chicken breasts, which are just 89 cents per pound.

Read on for all the best deals and feel free to post any great deals you find:

Wednesday Deals (Dec. 21-27)

Ham, turkey, vegetables, rolls and napkins -- they're all on sale this week at the supermarket, just in time for holiday gatherings. Among the best deals: Sister Schubert rolls for 59 cents at Harris Teeter, 20-cent canned Green Giant veggies at Lowes Foods, $1.29 per pound spiral sliced ham at Food Lion and 99-cent pineapples at Aldi. And my personal favorite deal of the week: $3.88 for 5 pounds of Clementines at Food Lion.

UPDATED: Sunday deals: The Holiday Edition

With Christmas just a week away and Hanukkah even closer, the sales circulars are loaded with ads for toys, fragrances, candy and those as-seen-on-TV gadgets and gizmos.

Look a little closer, however, and you'll find plenty of real deals -- freebies and cheapies to fill stockings and help make your holidays more festive. I've highlighted many of them for you in this week's list of all the best deals at CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Target, Kroger and Kerr Drug.

Food donation will score you cheap hockey tickets

Here's an opportunity for Carolina Hurricanes fans to help a worthy cause and get a great deal on hockey tickets:

Donate two cans of food and get a BOGO deal on tickets to Wednesday's game against the Montreal Canadiens.

The buy-one, get-one-free offer is good through game time, which is 7 p.m.

Fans are asked to bring their canned goods to the VIP Entrance to the RBC Center.

Donations will be given to the InterFaith Food Shuttle and the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. Click here for more details.

If you can't make that game, the Hurricanes will be offering a second BOGO ticket deal during the month of December.

Starting Dec. 1, fans can bring a new, unwrapped toy to the RBC Center in exchange for a BOGO deal on tickets to the Dec. 15 game against the Vancouver Canucks.

Donated toys will be distributed to Wake County Human Services, Interact of Wake County, Helping Hand Mission and Toys for Tots.

Wednesday deals (Oct. 5- 11)

This is such a fantastic week for deals, it's hard to know where to start. Harris Teeter has milk on sale for $2.97 as well as numerous Buy 2, Get 3 FREE deals. But do yourself a favor and check out Harris Teeter's digital coupons because when you pair them up with traditional paper coupons, you'll score some free and super inexpensive deals.

Lowes Foods also has some great deals associated with its new set of three-week coupons in today's circular. You can score some unbelievably good deals by stacking those coupons with manufacturer's coupons and Lowes Foods' digital coupons. How does 50 cents for two cake mixes and two frostings sound? Or 50 cents each for four multi-packs of yogurt? And that's just for starters.

At Food Lion, there are tons of BOGO deals and special Pepsi/Frito Lay and Unilever deals that have potential. And at Aldi, apples and pears are less than a dollar a pound. And there are seasonal specials, such as Pumpkin Pie ice cream for $2.49 a carton and a 3-pack of caramel apples for just $1.29.

Read on for all the best deals at each store. And feel free to chime in throughout the week with deals you have scored.

Sunday deals are up (July 31-Aug. 6)

It's a fantastic week for deals at the drugstores with plenty of freebies and bargain-priced items. There's free chocolate, a free razor and 49-cent specialty toothpaste at CVS. At Rite Aid, there's bargain-priced Pampers, free toothbrushes and cheap Dawn dish liquid. Walgreens has got seven freebies, including free Crayola Washable Markers and Goody hair clips. I'd go early because they will sell out.

At Kroger, rotisserie chickens are just $3.99 each, a fantasic deal. And that doesn't even count the money you'll save by keeping your oven turned off in this heat.

Kroger also has the best price I could find on milk: $1.66 for a half-gallon or $3.32 a gallon.

Read on for all the deals and give me a shout if you found a good deal I missed.

July is a hot time for Blizzard coupon at DQ

Dairy Queen is rolling out a new Blizzard ice cream flavor this month and tempting you with a coupon for a BOGO offer.
