Four Wake County volleyball players were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association's Under Armour Girls' High School All-America volleyball athlete Watch List for the 2010-11 season.
Ashleigh Crutcher of Cary Academy, Kristen Harris of Apex, Alston Kearns of Apex and Karson Karson Ratliff of Wake Forest-Rolesville have been named to the 381-player American Volleyball Coaches Association's watch list.

After being named all-state for the second consecutive year and helping lead Cary Academy to the NCISAA 3-A title match, Ashleigh Crutcher (pictured left, spiking) will play in the ACC once her Chargers career is done.
Crutcher, a rising senior, will be going to Maryland. She is the second Cary Academy player from last year's 30-1 team to commit to a college, with the first being rising senior Cate Glendenning (Pfeiffer).
