UNC has released safety Angelo Hadley from his letter of intent to play football for the Tar Heels in the fall.

The one-sentence e-mail from a university spokesman announcing the decision this morning came a day after Hadley, a three-star recruit from Thonotosassa, Fla., was arrested for the second time this month by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
