What to Watch on Monday: 'The Voice' and 'The New Normal' premiere on NBC

Hell's Kitchen (8pm, Fox) - A winner is named in the Season 10 finale. Same thing happens on "MasterChef," which follows at 9.

The Voice (8pm, NBC) - Season 3 opens with blind auditions before judges Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Le Green and Blake Shelton.

L.A. Complex (8pm, CW) - Abby records backup tracks for Kal's new album and Sabrina shows a softer side of herself after Nick is fired.

CBS Fall Preview (8:30pm, CBS) - An advance look at some new fall shows -- "Elementary," "Made in Jersey," "Partners" and "Vegas."

American Chopper (9pm, Discovery) - Senior and Junior decide to recreate the first bike they ever built together, and PJD reveals the Geico Armed Forces tribute bike.

The New Normal (10pm, NBC) - A new sitcom about a gay couple trying to start a family with the help of a young single mother who becomes their surrogate. It's funny! Here's my review.

Perception (10pm, TNT) - In part one of a two-part season finale, a conspiracy theory swirls about an effort to cover up the murder of a senator. Pierce is on the case, but he begins to suspect that seemingly trustworthy people are plotting against him.

'American Chopper' star Paul Sr. brings some tough (and gruff) to Cary

The tough -- and occasionally gruff -- reality star Paul Teutul Sr. was in Cary today, presenting Cary resident Antonio Evans with a custom chopper.

Paul Sr., star of "American Chopper" and "The Celebrity Apprentice," designed and built the bike, which was won by Evans in a national contest sponsored by Mobil 1 and Advance Auto Parts.

Paul Sr. also had some nice things to say about his pal from "Celebrity Apprentice," Clay Aiken.

Jon & Kate Plus Eight Recap: Jon gets manly

Jon and Kate were on separate couches again, but they seemed super relaxed. Kate was lounging on hers. It makes me wish that we could really live their relationships solely through the show; that we
weren't being bombarded by tabloid stories in real time that tell us their marriage is doomed. On the show, it seems like they could work it out.

But back to the Jon-centric episode. (Not much from the kids.) The gang gets a visit from fellow TLCers, the men of "American Chopper." Jon is going to help design his own bike with the Teutuls and their team at Orange County Choppers, which means hairy Mike.
