Your leashed pooch can get you a 50 percent discount on your food bill at 101 Lounge + Cafe this weekend. Show up at the downtown Raleigh restsaurant on Saturday and Sunday with your furry best friend in tow to receive the discount.
"We're very dog-friendly," explained Delia Kirkman, an employee at 101 Lounge + Cafe.
The restaurant is located at the corner of Davie and Blount streets.
The offer was sparked by a story I wrote today about Wake County food safety officials banning dogs from outdoor dining areas.
