If there is anything Frantisek Kaberle and Tom Barrasso have in common, it was that they were both underestimated during their time with the Hurricanes.
Both were in the news Tuesday, Kaberle because the Hurricanes bought out his contract and Barrasso for his induction into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame.

Tue, 07/28/2009 - 20:10 — esteban1949business side of Hockey ( or any other pro sports) it isn't so much what you did 2-3 years ago...what did you do today...or last month...There are very very few players in the NHL,NFL or NBA that have as high of a pain thresh hold as Kaberle, BrindAmour, Wesley ( to name a few) have & had...but my hat is off to both of them, and to you Luke...by the way...any post cards from Chip lately ??
