The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review is reporting today that Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins will miss Sunday's All-Star Game at the RBC Center.

The newpaper, citing unnamed sources, also said Pens center Evgeni Malkin was unlikely to play in the game.

In an interview Saturday, Crosby said he hoped to play but noted he had yet to begin working out as he recovers from a concussion. Crobsy has missed the past eight games, including the Pens' 3-2 win Saturday over the Hurricanes.

Crosby and Malkin were among the first six all-stars chosen by the fans in the online voting.
