The National Hockey League keeps canceling games.
The league announced Monday that it had canceled all regular-season games through Dec. 30. A total of 526 games, 42.8 percent of the season, were scheduled from Oct. 11 to Dec. 30.
The league also has canceled the 2013 Winter Classic Game.
The latest wave of cancellations comes after the league and NHLPA were unable to reach an accord on a new CBA last week during negotiations in New York. The previous CBA expired Sept. 15, when the league locked out the players.
