Here's one man's educated guess at the travel roster for Saturday's game at Philadelphia.
The lines: Chad LaRose, Matt Cullen, Jeff O'Neill; Drayson Bowman, Dwight Helminen, Jakub Petruzalek; Patrick Eaves, Brandon Sutter, Joe Jensen; Trevor Gillies, Matt Murley, Dan LaCouture.
Defensemen: Joni Pitkanen and Dennis Seidenberg; Frantisek Kaberle and Mark Flood; Josef Melichar and Tim Conboy.
Goaltenders: Cam Ward, Daniel Manzato.
As for the Flyers, they're expected to play a number of veterans, including Simon Gagne, who missed much of last season with a concussion. It will be Gagne's first preseason game.
The Flyers invited former captains back for the game at the Spectrum and 11 will be there. Among them, Keith Primeau and Kevin Dineen, who also played for the Canes.
