The Canes' Jan. 15 game against the Toronto Maple Leafs at the RBC Center will have a 7:30 p.m. start. The time change was made to accommodate NHL Canadian television rightsholder TSN.
Any reason why TSN can't accomodate the Hurricanes' originally scheduled time, or does this mean that FSN isn't carrying the game at all? Seems like there have been a number of times when the 'Canes changed the game time for TSN and the home team lost. I guess it's at least almost like having a national broadcast...
