The Carolina Hurricanes have recalled forward Zach Boychuk from the Albany River Rats of the AHL.
Boychuk will be in the lineup tonight against the New Jersey Devils at the RBC Center.
The Canes traded Matt Cullen to Ottawa on Friday, opening a spot on the roster for a forward.
Meanwhile, fans going to tonight's game against New Jersey are advised to avoid the Ebenezer Church Road approach to the RBC Center. Utility workers are repairing a power pole that was damaged by an accident near Masota Road, and Ebenezer Church Road will be closed there until they finish.
