Pulte Homes announced today that it plans to build a new community of single-family homes and townhouses at Davis Drive and Morrisville Parkway in Cary.
The community, called Davis Village, is in the Prestonwood Country Club area of Cary.
Buyers will be able to choose from two townhouse products and four single-family floor plans with three to five bedrooms.
Davis Village will consist of 51 townhouses and 20 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,491 to 2,898 square feet.
Steve Schlageter, PulteGroup’s Raleigh Division President, said sales are expected to start in early fall.
Pulte Homes is already selling townhomes and single-family homes in the Town Hall community nearby.
