Six Forks Square, a 155,000 square-foot office complex in North Raleigh that is currently leased by the state, is on the market.
Savills, an international real estate services firm, said today it has been retained as an advisor for the sale.
Six Forks Square is near the corner of Six Forks and Millbrook Road. It includes three buildings, a four-story building and two three-story buildings, on a seven-acre tract.
The complex is entirely leased by the state Department of Health and Human Services through 2017. DHHS has been the sole occupant since February 2005, when it replaced IBM.
This site serves as the statewide center of all DHHS activities throughout North Carolina.
RP Realty Partners of Beverly Hills bought Six Forks Square in March 2008 for $13.95 million.
