Scot Wingo, co-founder and CEO of newly public e-commerce technology company ChannelAdvisor, has been re-elected to the board of directors of a national trade association for digital retailers.

Wingo holds down one of five non-retailer positions on the 20-member board of Shop.org, a division of the National Retail Federation.

"I'm very passionate about the e-commerce industry and I look forward to continuing my service with the organization and working with such an impressive list of thought leaders to help shape the digital commerce landscape," Wingo said in a statement.

The senior vice president of e-commerce and omnichannel digital at Charlotte-based Belk, Ivy Chin, was elected to the board for the first time. Executives from TJX Companies, Razorfish, Deloitte Consulting and Urban Outfitters also were among those elected to the board.

Morrisville-based ChannelAdvisor, which went public last month, has more than 400 employees. Nearly 2,000 businesses use its software to integrate and manage their online sales across a multitude of sales channels. Companies also use its software to automatically advertise products on search engines such as Google and Yahoo and to promote products on Facebook.
