Cary-based Lonesource, which sells and delivers office supplies and other items to businesses, said today that it has acquired Office Options, an office supply company with offices in Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Angier and Lillington.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Lonesource sells businesses more than 200,000 items, including janitorial supplies, breakroom supplies and IT and data products.

The company has about 200 employees in offices in Cary, Greensboro, Atlanta, Memphis and Nashville.

Lonesource CEO Bradley King said in a release that the Office Options acquisition fits with the company's growth strategy in the Southeast, providing Office Options existing customers with access to Lonesource's inventory of products and ordering and delivery system.

Scott Knight, former owner of Office Options, will become a Lonesource account manager and will serve Office Options’ territories.
