Bank of America will hold a three-day free homeowner assistance event in Raleigh next week for its customers.
The bank says it has reached out to more than 3,000 homeowners within 75 miles of Raleigh who it believes will benefit from meeting with a specialist.
Attendees will be able to have face-to-face meetings with the bank's specialists to review their financial situation and discuss ways to avoid foreclosure.
The event is being held Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the DoubleTree Hotel at 1707 Hillsborough Street. Appointments are available from 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Customers are asked to bring full financial documentation.
A list of the documents to bring can be found at www.bankamerica.com/homeownerevent.
Homeowners must have their mortgages with Bank of America to attend.
