A new daily deals site with a twist...

Bookmark and Share

You may already know about those group buying sites like Twongo, Groupon and Living Social, which offer a deal of the day to subscribers. Well, group buying junkies, here's another site for you to bookmark: Redeemio.com.

This is a site was started by a couple of local entrepreneurs (the company is based in Raleigh) and actually does a roundup of all the daily deals from the other sites. So you can subscribe to one e-mail and get all of the deals of the day. So far, you can sign up for daily roundup e-mails for about 65 different markets nationwide, including the Triangle.

Co-founder Gerry Lipscomb told me that Redeemio will start offering its own deal of the day in a month or two. When that happens, Redeemio's reward system will also kick in. In a nutshell, the more deals you buy, the better your rewards. Each reward level comes with multiple benefits. For each of the four levels you get an increasing amount of credit for each friend you refer and percentage discount on every deal you buy. You also can get deals for free by getting other friends to buy deals using your referral link. Check out the rewards system HERE.
