Bookmark and Share

The City/County Planning Department is holding a public meeting Monday afternoon to take comments and answer questions about a proposed revision to the development-plan rules of the Unified Development Ordinance.

A markup version of the revised ordinance is at www.durhamnc.gov/council/ord_changes.

Monday's one-hour presentation is in the committee room on the second floor of City Hall and starts at 12:30.

Afterwards, written comments may be submitted until Oct. 27; a Planning Commission hearing on the revision is scheduled for Nov. 11.
