West Johnston will host Thursday's NCHSAA 4-A dual team wrestling regional round. The meet will begin at 6 p.m. Regional semifinal pairings are Sanderson (21-3) taking on New Bern (14-3) and host West (23-1) meeting Northern Durham (26-4). The two winners will then meet at 7:30 p.m. for the regional championship.
