Southeast Raleigh bowed out of the NCHSAA 4-A state football playoffs Friday night with a 27-21 overtime loss to Greater Neuse River 4-A Conference rival Harnett Central. We'll wrap up the Bulldogs' season in Wednesday's edition of the Garner-Clayton Record.
