Rockin' around the governor's ball

Incoming governor Bev Perdue has a most impressive lineup of North Carolina acts set to play at her inaugural ball in Raleigh next month. The festivities kick off Jan. 8 at the Lincoln Theatre with pop bands old and new, Dillon Fence and Pico vs. Island Trees. Then on Jan. 9, the formal ball at the Raleigh Convention Center will have musicians including Durham jazzman Branford Marsalis, Granite Falls-born country singer Eric Church and two of the Triangle's best alternative-country acts, Tres Chicas and Chatham County Line.

I assure you that he will make a bigger and longer lasting impression on the crowd than any other artist. Not so sure about these other acts except for Branford Marsalis. The attendees are in for a real treat when they see Eric Church though.
Needs 2 do something. Bev is doing a HORRIBLE JOB in Trasition.

GOVERNORS OFFICE. A STAFF OF SECOND-TIER FOLK WHO WERE REJECTS FROM THE GOV'S OFFICE, THE SENATE AND HOUSE LEADERSHIP. THESE SECOND-RATERS ARE NOW RUNNING THE WHOLE MATCH. EXTREMELY SCARY..... AND BEV PERDUE IS TO INSECURE TO SURROUND HERSELF WITH COMPETENT PEOPLE WHICH SHE DEARLY NEEDS. I'M AFRAID HER ADMNISTRATION IS ON THE CUSP OF BEING -AS BIG A DISASTER AS HER CAMPAIGN- TEAM. ZACK AMBROSE IS A INTROVERTED BEAN COUNTER WITH ZERO POLTICAL SKILLS. THIS GUY IS RUNNING BEV BY THE NOSE. WITHOUT OBAMA.... SHE'S NOT GOVERNOR, HANDS DOWN. "I" VOTED FOR HER BECAUSE I'M A DEMOCRAT! ..... BUT I'M ALREADY STARTING TO REGRET IT. INCOMPETENT, INSECURE, UNORGANIZED AND DISCONNECTED FROM THE PEOPLE WHO ELECTED HER------ RECIPE FOR A DISASTER AT THE WORSE POSSIBLE TIME IN THIS STATE'S HISTORY.... GOD HELP US.
