UConn not psycho for Psycho T

Bookmark and Share

ESPN The Magazine came out with its College Hoops Preview this week. It focused on the big men who stuck around for another year like UNC senior Tyler Hansbrough, the reigning national player of the year, Notre Dame junior Luke Harangody, Okalahoma sophomore Blake Griffin and Connecticut junior Hasheem Thabeet.

Thabeet got off the best line, which was prominently displayed on the Mag's cover for the world to see. Asked who he thought were the toughest big men in college, Thabeet said, "Nobody's better than me, only more experienced. I played Luke Harangody and he was not tough. Tyler Hansbrough? I don't see nothing."

We all have seen what kind

We all have seen what kind of trouble this sort of trash talking will get you in to (i.e. N.C. State player's prediction of 4 losses total last year).

Ha, ha.

The cause was not Grant's prediction.

The cause was a lousy team and a coach who didn't do a very good job.

Hilarious

Wow... What has he been smoking?

Harangody OWNED Thabeet

Harangody wasn't tough? The last time UConn and Notre Dame played, he dumped 32 points on the Huskies and grabbed 16 boards. Thabeet? Four points and 10 boards.

I can say only one thing to

I can say only one thing to Thabeet----actions speak louder than words!!!!! Hopefully he'll get to play against Tyler one day and find out for himself.

Thabeet

The 7-3 Thabeet averaged 10.5 ppg & 7.8 rpg last season.
I never heard of the guy until today. And I understand why.

Hasheem Thabeet ... this

Hasheem Thabeet ... this guy disapperaed soooo many times, in games, last season you'd a thought he left the building.  All he is trying to do isa get noticed.

This kinda stuff makes me laugh and Tyler focus and give/do that much harder.
