How's that for accuracy
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 21:41 — pot_bunkerOnce again, the so-called experts show us how difficult it is to prognosticate. I'm not even sure why they do it. State going 9-3 is a pipe dream. Everything -and I mean everything- would have to fall perfectly in place for that to happen. And after tonight's putrid offensive performance, I'd say 7-5 is more likely. This game could have easily been over at halftime if not for offensive interference on a SC touchdown pass and a couple of botched field goal attempts. Still, State actually had a chance to steal a win in the last few minutes. At the very least, the State "D" deserves props for hanging tough.
Wow. I'm surprised Tudor is
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 17:01 — mad_maxWow. I'm surprised Tudor is giving so much credit to State. Generally, I've felt like he hasn't given them enough credit over the years. But this year, it's the opposite lol. 4-0 ooc would be nice, but I'm really not expecting it...more like 3-1, though 4-0 would be very possible. Either way, the end of the season is where State is gonna have to make a name for themselves. Looking forward to kickoff in about an hour! Thanks for the pod-casts guys.
I know...
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 12:07 — gvillegatrno one wants to hear from the other side BUT if RW can stay healthy, 9-3 is very attainable.
without him they will struggle to .500.
look for a victory tonight unless the Pups beat themselves ...
Carolina Fans are so predictable
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 15:31 — WolfpackPrideGuyThe other side is why use the word "struggle" as our ability to get to .500. It is also why use the nickname of "Pups". Your unbiased other side is not unbiased. You may comment a couple thousand times a day, but that does not mean that you have any more insight than the person who reads this and does not choose to post. Blogging is probably the best part of your day...Sorry about that for you. Go outside, it is a lovely day, do something that may benefit you.
lol
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 22:07 — gvillegatrits called a sales job. the freedom to do what i want when I want! emphasis on the "what I want" considering i'm pretty good at what I do! go back to your cubicle ... sorry about that for you.
Agreed
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 12:45 — JPDOhioUnless Mike Glennon is the second coming of Russell Wilson, which is unknown at this point.
actually gville
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 12:29 — izzykareemi value opposing fans analysis of my team as long as its actual analysis, and i'd say your's is succintly good.
i personally think it will come down to if Garcia can execute. If he can, it will be close, and if not, i think we win by a wider margin.
I don't think Carolina will be able to run, so that should help out with the pass rush, and this in turn should cause Garcia to have to 1) quicker 2) much more accurate and that actually plays into our defensive style a little better.
I'm not as worried about the corners as i am about the linebackers presenting no underneath options for big dump offs
Again?
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 12:00 — TheBigGuyAh, the obligatory " 1 more year" comment .
I’m surprised that Tudor
Thu, 09/03/2009 - 10:04 — psh0117I’m surprised that Tudor didn’t pick the pack to go 12 -0 and win the acc, as much love as he has for the pack every year. I say the pack will go 2-2 out of conference, and 3-5 in conference, or maybe 4-4. But I don’t see the pack going 9-3. I see it more like 6-6 or 7-5. They need one more year before they can get to that level.
