With 17 inches of snow surrounding the team bus at noon, North Carolina feared it wouldn't be able to make it to the Comcast Center to practice today in anticipation of Sunday's 2 p.m. showdown with Maryland. But just after 4 p.m., the bus was plowed out of the hotel parking lot.

"We got here in about 23 minutes,'' team spokesman Steve Kirschner said. "And we went real, real slow."

Starting small forward Will Graves, who sprained his right ankle Thursday, is practicing, Kirschner said. But his status for the game is questionable.

F*&^&*ck Practice

get these P'sOS off the court altogether.  This is more embarassing than '03-'04 team, now.  These guys have the ability but simply have no driver or heart.  In others words, they are quitters.

I call it like I see it.

If i'm gonna stand on the mountain and praise them when they win, I should stand on that same mountain and call them out when they play like this.

This coming friday night is gonna be a downer if this continues on thru wednesday night.

I can't imagine what is going through Coach's mind right now.  I bet he can certainly hear Wanda saying it is time to move on now more than ever.

He will not, though.  He will push through and all will be right ... next season and beyond.

g-alligator!!!!!

i think u need some professional help, your beloved holes suck, like wise for your coach, why dont u give it up and become a DUKE fan. at least you will have a team in the big dance, ok, go DUKE.!!!!!!!!!

'01-'02

With all respects to Jason Capel and Kris Lang (they did try their best), surely you are referring to the '01-'02 team?

As far as ability, I think these guys are better than the '01-'02 team... just give them a couple of years. We are really missing Zeller at this point.

sufer -girl

give it up man. zeller is not worth a damn, if he was not 8 ft. tall he would not even be on the court. ok, go duke!!!!
