GREENSBORO -- N.C. State first baseman Harold Riggins was tabbed the ACC Baseball Tournament's MVP, after the Wolfpack lost to Florida State 8-3 on Sunday.
The sophomore went 9-for-17 with two doubles, two home runs, a triple and three RBIs during the four-game tournament, but downplayed his individual award.
"Coming into every game, I really try not to analyze how I do after each day,'' he said. " ... I just focus on every at-bat and playing defense, and help my team win games. "
Second baseman Dallas Poulk, outfielder Kyle Wilson and pitcher Jack Buchanan were also named to the all-tourney team for the Pack. The full list:
