Kyrie Irving's announcement of his commitment will occur at 5:30 p.m. today on ESPN-U, according to a post on Irving's Twitter page.
Irving, a senior point guard from St. Patrick High in Elizabeth, N.J., is choosing between Texas A&M, Duke and Kentucky. He is rated the No. 5 player overall in the nation by scout.com.
ESPN-U will be airing its "Recruiting Insider" show from 5:30 to 6 tonight. Irving's announcement comes as one of his finalists, Duke, prepares for a visit from forward Harrison Barnes of Ames, Iowa, who's rated the No. 1 player in the Class of 2010 by scout.com

Perhaps you don't understand the concept of a blog? This is an ACC blog, exactly the place where such miscellaneous information should be posted.
FurbishLousewart - some of us might find this somewhat interesting and noteworthy, but cerntainly not enough to make an effort to sign up for twitter and/or subscribe to this kid's tweets or otherwise make a concerted effort to inform ourselfs as to the decisions of a Duke recruit.
