ACC Now

Happiness is Duke football

Bookmark and Share

It is according to Duke nose guard Clifford Respress. The senior was one of 17 Blue Devils senior scholarship players who hadn't won an ACC game until they beat Virginia 31-3 at Wallace Wade on Saturday. Sixteen of those actually contributed to the victory on the field. Only injured running Re'quan Boyette did not play.

Respress smiled and joked and entertained during his post-game interview, talking about how he felt about the win, how it felt to dominate on defense, and how things are changing on the Duke University campus for football players.

Better for you to hear it than read it.
