Dickey leaves Georgia Tech

Bookmark and Share

The college career of Georgia Tech's Ra'Sean Dickey ended Wednesday night when the 6-10 senior signed to play professionally in the Ukraine. Dickey missed the 2007-08 season with academic and injury issues.

The power forward was set to return this season but left Atlanta after averaging 8.7 points and 5.1 rebounds in 89 career games. Dickey signed with Budivelnyk Kiev in the Ukrainian Super League.

The Yellow Jackets won't necessarily miss Dickey with forwards Alade Aminu, Gani Lawal and Zack Peacock returning.
