DURHAM — Duke (3-1) got a vote in this week's USA Today Top 25 Coaches' Poll.
Normally, we'd point straight at South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier, former Duke coach with a lot of affection for the program, as the culprit. But before the season began, Spurrier was told not to give his annual nod to his former team.
Whoever did it, it's five weeks in and, at least, looks legit. Duke also picked up three points in the Harris Poll. Listen to Duke right tackle Fred Roland share his feelings on how much weight the Devils give to that point.
