Mon, 03/07/2011 - 14:14 — gvillegatrStarting to hear the, "UNC wins the ACC Tourney and ND doesn't win the Big East Tourney and UNC can be a 1 seed."
Looks like "I Can Be Serious !!"
Okay, from what I
Sun, 03/06/2011 - 16:00 — mad_maxOkay, from what I understand...
If Miami beats GT, then the State/FSU game does not affect the seedings. If GT beats Miami, then State needs to beat FSU in order to avoid Maryland in the first round.
I think I got this right...not that any of it matters anyways.
Avoid Maryland
Sun, 03/06/2011 - 16:18 — gvillegatrIt is a sad day when folks are wanting to "avoid" Maryland ! state can and should be able to beat Dook's "rival" the Twerps.
You're right gatr. We

AVOID MARYLAND?
Sun, 03/06/2011 - 16:44 — JPDOhioHaven't had much luck against UVa either. When they start beating someone other Wake, then we can talk about avoiding teams.
Wrong message
Sun, 03/06/2011 - 17:55 — gvillegatrI'm not suggesting state avoid anybody.
since you asked
Sun, 03/06/2011 - 16:16 — joegiglio (author)State goes to the 9 seed, and plays UVa, with a win and a Miami loss. That would push Md to 7 and Miami to 10.
State stays in the 7-10 game, against Miami, with either a loss or a Miami win. That would put UVa-Md in the 8-9 game.
UVa's in the 8-9 game either way. And State can't get out of the 10 spot without GT's help.
