A big arena and a bad economy are forcing the ACC to offer a rare public sale of tickets to its men's basketball tournament next month in Atlanta.
The conference announced today that it will sell tournament ticket books — 11 games for $363 — starting March 2. The available seats are in the upper deck of the Georgia Dome, which will seat 36,000 for March 12-15 tournament.
